Description

The Pink Poui, scientifically known as Tabebuia Pentaphylla, is a beautiful flowering tree that belongs to the Bignoniaceae family. It is native to the tropical regions of South America, including Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay. The Pink Poui is a deciduous tree that can grow up to 2.5m to 3m in height and has a spread of about 2m to 3m.

The tree has a smooth, grayish-brown bark that peels off in thin strips. The leaves of the Pink Poui are compound, with five leaflets that are oval-shaped and have a glossy green color. The tree produces stunning pink flowers that bloom in clusters during the spring season. The flowers are trumpet-shaped and have a diameter of about 5cm to 7cm.

The Pink Poui is a hardy tree that can tolerate a wide range of soil types, including sandy, loamy, and clay soils.
