What is Growhub?
At growhub, everything we do can be summed up in 3 words. build, create and grow:
- Produce plants - from food crops to ornamental small shrubs, tall trees and indoor plant
- Create Landscapes - We change the way your environment looks like, be that an office, a backyard or an empty land covered in sand by creating a more greener, aesthetic and a refreshing environment.
- Build farm - We implement agricultural technology to build greenhouses, hydroponic systems and indoor vertical farms.
Where is Growhub based?
We’re proudly based in the UAE, helping homes, businesses, and farms bring more greenery to their spaces. Our online store delivers across the country!
Do you have a physical store?
Yes! We have a physical store in Warsan 3, Dubai, where you can explore our plants and products in person. At the same time, we know convenience matters, so we also operate online—making it easy for you to browse, order, and get expert advice from anywhere.
🛒 Buying Plants Online
Shopping for plants online should be as easy and enjoyable as growing them! 🌿 Here are some common questions to help you understand how our plants are sized, packaged, and what to expect when you order from Growhub.
📏 How are plant heights measured?
- Indoor plants: The overall height listed on the website includes the pot height.
- Outdoor plants: The overall height listed in the product title excludes the pot height.
Since plants grow at their own pace, slight variations in height are natural. However, we always provide a close estimate in our product descriptions to give you a clear idea of what to expect! 🌿📏
🪴 What size are the pots?
Every plant comes in its own nursery pot. On the product page, you’ll find a pot carousel that only showcases pots that will perfectly fit your chosen plant, making it easier to pick the right one! 🌿🪴
📸 Will my plant look exactly like the picture?
Not exactly—because plants are living things, no two are ever identical! 🌿 While we ensure that every plant meets our quality standards, natural variations in leaf shape, size, and color are completely normal. The photos on our website are a good representation of what to expect.
🌱 What if my plant has a few imperfections?
Plants are like people—each one is unique! Small blemishes, minor leaf variations, or natural marks are normal and don’t affect the plant’s health. We carefully inspect all plants before shipping to make sure you receive a healthy, thriving one.
🪴 Do the pots have drainage holes?
- Nursery pots always come with open drainage holes.
- When you purchase an indoor plant with a decorative pot, we seal the drainage hole during the re-potting process to prevent water leakage.
- For outdoor plants, we keep the drainage hole open during repotting to ensure proper drainage.
If you have a specific preference for how your plant should be repotted, just let us know in the order notes, and we’ll take care of it! 🌿💦
📦 How do we package our plants?
- Orders over AED 99 come in our specially designed Growhub boxes.
- Plants in matte ceramic or cement fiber pots are carefully wrapped in protective plastic to prevent scratches during transit.
- Larger outdoor trees and plants are not boxed due to their size but are securely transported.
We also keep packaging minimal and eco-friendly to reduce waste and support sustainability—doing our part for a greener planet! 🌍🌿
Can I send a plant as a gift 🎁?
Of course! We’d love to help you make your gift extra special. Simply add a personalized message in the notes section at checkout, and we’ll print it out and include it in our beautiful Growhub boxes. While we don’t offer gift wrapping at the moment, we’ll make sure your plant arrives thoughtfully packed and ready to bring joy! 🌿🎉
💦 Should I water my plant right after delivery?
Not necessarily! We make sure your plant is well-watered before shipping. Once it arrives, check the soil—if it’s slightly damp, wait a few days before watering. If it feels dry, give it a light drink.
🌞 Will my plant need time to adjust after delivery?
Yes, plants may need a short adjustment period after being moved. Some leaves may droop slightly, but don’t worry—this is normal! Keep the plant in a stable environment (not too hot or cold) and avoid repotting immediately. Within a few days, it will settle into its new home.
🌿 What if I’m not sure how to care for my plant?
No worries! Like anything in life, plant care has a small learning curve—but that’s part of the fun! 🌱 We provide plenty of plant care tips on each product page in the “How to Care Guide”, and if you ever need extra guidance, just reach out. We’re always happy to help fellow plant parents keep their greens thriving! 💚
📦 Orders, Shipping & Returns
How does the delivery process work?
At Growhub, we handle all plant deliveries in-house because we believe plants need extra care during transport. That’s why we don’t outsource to courier companies.
Here’s how it works:
- A day before delivery, our driver will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your location.
- Since our delivery team plans multiple stops, this helps ensure an efficient route for timely deliveries.
- On the delivery day, when they’re about 30 minutes to an hour away, they’ll give you a call to confirm if you’re available to receive your plants.
- If you’re not home, just let us know! With your approval, we can safely leave the plants outside your door.
This way, your plants arrive safely and stress-free! 🌿🚚😊
How long does delivery take?
- Abu Dhabi ➡ Delivered within 4 working days
- Dubai ➡ Delivered within 3 working days
- Sharjah & Ajman ➡ Deliveries every Tuesday
At the moment, we do not deliver to other emirates or areas beyond 10km from the main city radius, but as we grow, we’ll be expanding our coverage! If you’re placing a bulk order, let us know—we can arrange a special delivery for you. 🚚🌿
Do you offer same-day delivery?
If you need your order urgently, just WhatsApp us, and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you! Since these deliveries are specially scheduled, an additional delivery fee may apply based on the order size and location. Our team will guide you through the costs and ensure a smooth delivery. 🚚✨
How much does shipping cost?
- FREE delivery on orders over AED 99!
- For smaller orders, a small delivery fee will apply.
- For bulk orders, we’ll confirm the cost before finalizing.
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Al Ain.
At this time, we don’t cover other emirates or areas beyond 10km from the main city limits, but we’re always looking to expand! If you have a bulk order, reach out to us—we’ll be happy to arrange a special delivery for you. 🚚🌿
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
For regular orders, we ship ASAP! But if you need delivery on a specific date (especially for gifts or events), let us know via WhatsApp —we’ll do our best to make it happen.
What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
It depends on your payment method:
- Prepaid Orders: If you’ve already paid, we’ll safely leave your order outside your door.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We’ll reschedule the delivery for you. Alternatively, for your convenience, we can send you a payment link via WhatsApp at the time of delivery—once paid, we’ll leave your order at your doorstep.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re hoping to soon! For now, we’re focused on delivering across the UAE.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What if my plant arrives damaged?
We take extra care when packing your plants, but if something happens in transit, we’ll make it right!
- Snap a clear photo of the issue.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We’ll send a replacement or refund, depending on works best for you.
Can I return my order?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your plant within 14 days of purchase. Since plants are living things, we kindly ask that they are properly watered before we arrange the return—especially outdoor plants during the summer months.

How do I request a refund or replacement?
Just email us at ask@growhub.ae or whatsapp us with your order details and photos (if needed). We’ll sort it out within 3 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! If you change your mind, you can cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. Once it's shipped, cancellations are difficult—but reach out, and we’ll see what we can do.
What if I get the wrong item?
If we made a mistake, don’t worry—we’ll fix it! Just let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll send the right product ASAP.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer exchanges on plants, but if you ordered a fertilizer or spray and want to switch it out, we can do that (as long as it’s unopened).
⏳ How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once you reach out to us via WhatsApp or email, we’ll initiate the return/exchange process right away. It usually takes 3-5 working days to complete. Since plants need proper care during this time, we kindly ask that you keep them watered while we process your request. 🌿💧
How do I track my order?
Our delivery agent will reach out to you a day before delivery via WhatsApp to confirm your location. If you need any updates, feel free to whatsapp or email us!
🌿 Plant Care & Maintenance
How do I know which plant is right for me?
Picking the right plant depends on light, space, and how much time you want to spend caring for it. If you’re unsure, drop us a message—we’re happy to help!
How often should I water my plants?
That depends on the plant! As a general guide:
- Leafy indoor plants: 1-2 times a week
- Succulents & cacti: Every 2-3 weeks
- Outdoor plants: More frequently, almost everyday especially in summer
The best way to know? Touch the soil! If the top inch feels dry, it’s time to water.
Do you offer plant maintenance services?
Yes! If you need help keeping your plants lush and happy, we offer maintenance plans for businesses and homes. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll create a plan that works for you.
