What if my plant arrives damaged?
We take extra care when packing your plants, but if something happens in transit, we’ll make it right!
- Snap a clear photo of the issue.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We’ll send a replacement or refund, depending on works best for you.
Can I return my order?
We want you to love your plants! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your plant within 14 days of purchase. Since plants are living things, we kindly ask that they are properly watered before we arrange the return—especially outdoor plants during the summer months.

How do I request a refund or replacement?
Just email us at ask@growhub.ae or whatsapp us with your order details and photos (if needed). We’ll sort it out within 3 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! If you change your mind, you can cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. Once it's shipped, cancellations are difficult—but reach out, and we’ll see what we can do.
What if I get the wrong item?
If we made a mistake, don’t worry—we’ll fix it! Just let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll send the right product ASAP.
⏳ How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once you reach out to us via WhatsApp or email, we’ll initiate the return/exchange process right away. It usually takes 3-5 working days to complete. Since plants need proper care during this time, we kindly ask that you keep them watered while we process your request. 🌿💧
How do I track my order?
