How does the delivery process work?
At Growhub, we handle all plant deliveries in-house because we believe plants need extra care during transport. That’s why we don’t outsource to courier companies.
Here’s how it works:
- A day before delivery, our driver will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your location.
- Since our delivery team plans multiple stops, this helps ensure an efficient route for timely deliveries.
- On the delivery day, when they’re about 30 minutes to an hour away, they’ll give you a call to confirm if you’re available to receive your plants.
- If you’re not home, just let us know! With your approval, we can safely leave the plants outside your door.

How long does delivery take?
- Abu Dhabi ➡ Delivered within 4 working days
- Dubai ➡ Delivered within 3 working days
- Sharjah & Ajman ➡ Deliveries every Tuesday
At the moment, we do not deliver to other emirates or areas beyond 10km from the main city radius, but as we grow, we’ll be expanding our coverage! If you’re placing a bulk order, let us know—we can arrange a special delivery for you. 🚚🌿
Do you offer same-day delivery?
If you need your order urgently, just WhatsApp us, and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you! Since these deliveries are specially scheduled, an additional delivery fee may apply based on the order size and location. Our team will guide you through the costs and ensure a smooth delivery. 🚚✨
How much does shipping cost?
- FREE delivery on orders over AED 99!
- For smaller orders, a small delivery fee will apply.
- For bulk orders, we’ll confirm the cost before finalizing.
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Al Ain.
At this time, we don’t cover other emirates or areas beyond 10km from the main city limits, but we’re always looking to expand! If you have a bulk order, reach out to us—we’ll be happy to arrange a special delivery for you. 🚚🌿
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
For regular orders, we ship ASAP! But if you need delivery on a specific date (especially for gifts or events), let us know via WhatsApp —we’ll do our best to make it happen.
What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
It depends on your payment method:
- Prepaid Orders: If you’ve already paid, we’ll safely leave your order outside your door.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We’ll reschedule the delivery for you. Alternatively, for your convenience, we can send you a payment link via WhatsApp at the time of delivery—once paid, we’ll leave your order at your doorstep.

Not yet, but we’re hoping to soon! For now, we’re focused on delivering across the UAE.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What if my plant arrives damaged?
We take extra care when packing your plants, but if something happens in transit, we’ll make it right!
- Snap a clear photo of the issue.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll send a replacement or refund, depending on works best for you.
Can I return my order?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your plant within 14 days of purchase. Since plants are living things, we kindly ask that they are properly watered before we arrange the return—especially outdoor plants during the summer months.

How do I request a refund or replacement?
Just email us at ask@growhub.ae or whatsapp us with your order details and photos (if needed). We’ll sort it out within 3 working days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! If you change your mind, you can cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. Once it's shipped, cancellations are difficult—but reach out, and we’ll see what we can do.
What if I get the wrong item?
If we made a mistake, don’t worry—we’ll fix it! Just let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll send the right product ASAP.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer exchanges on plants, but if you ordered a fertilizer or spray and want to switch it out, we can do that (as long as it’s unopened).
⏳ How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once you reach out to us via WhatsApp or email, we’ll initiate the return/exchange process right away. It usually takes 3-5 working days to complete. Since plants need proper care during this time, we kindly ask that you keep them watered while we process your request. 🌿💧
How do I track my order?
Our delivery agent will reach out to you a day before delivery via WhatsApp to confirm your location. If you need any updates, feel free to whatsapp or email us!
