Description:
Red Machaer (Radermachera Sinica) is a species of evergreen tree native to southern China. This tree is prized for its dark green, glossy leaves that are punctuated with clusters of tiny, red-tinged flowers. These flowers have a subtle fragrance and bloom year-round, making the Red Machaer a popular ornamental plant. When grown indoors, the plant can reach a height of 6-8 feet tall and is often used to add a touch of the tropics to a room.

Plant Care:

1. Light: The Red Machaer prefers bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves and cause leaf drop.
2. Water: Water the plant regularly, allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Over-watering can cause root rot, so be sure to well-draining soil and a pot with a drainage hole.
3. Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix to help prevent root rot. A mixture of peat moss, perlite, and sand works well for the Red Machaer.
4. Humidity: The Red Machaer likes higher humidity levels
5. Fertilizer: Feed the plant once a month during the growing season with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer. Reduce feeding to once every two months in winter.
